I should have taken my own digital to city hall this week. Even this morning there were several walk outs from the county high schools in the area. We are right smack in the middle of California ag. There have been protests all week (following the huge LA one).

occasionally, when I get it cut I like the way it looks with the trashy roots and bleached tips.

Or I'm just lazy. At that point I had not dyed my hair since I dyed it blue for the housewarming party, so that was about 4 months of trashy roots and the blue turned silver. I was pretty happy with how it turned out.

I've not really had my hair completely its own color since about 2000.

After the conference was insane today. Three floors of the Hyatt were booked for parties by Microsoft, Yahoo!, Google, Intuit, TechStart and a bunch of other crazies i've not heard of.

Needless to say i'm not in the soberest of states. Too many "Yahootinis".

A Yahootini, by the way, is vodka and triple sec. Way to be creative there, guys.

Montréal is very cool. Probably would not be as much without Girl (see above, for the exquisite beauty.... and Girl is next to me ).

Worth the two day trip from the Moon. I snuck away from the Palais des Congrés today for a couple of hours and had some lunch on the Royal "Mountain". The view is very amazing.

i forgot to mention they had a Unibroue beer! (a source, after years of you guys mentioning them), called Mandite, and yes it _is_ as good as you all say.

Mmm good beer.

While in Montreal, avoid the Biosphere at all costs.

May i just say Dan, you look like Boris from the tory party. But a much cooler version

Oh ya, why? I saw it from across the river and tried to take pics, but that was it. I didn't venture off the island (except to get to the airport, maybe? there was a tunnel involved, that's all i know).

It's a glorified children's museum. It allows for some nice views of the area, but otherwise it's a waste of time.

My gf and I went there, mistaking it for the Biodome...there is a very significant difference between the two. We were quite disappointed.
